Thanks to Houston’s Flipn’ awesome networked Food Truck community, Flip ‘n Patties has received numerous amounts of recognition from some local media. We would like to thank all the #Flipsters out there, we would not have been recognized without you.
We announced the launch of our ideas in late March. With a couple of retweets from various Food Trucks in the Houston Area such as Bare Bowls, Happy Endings, Good Dog Hot Dogs, and NOLA2Geaux, we have grown to almost 400 followers in a time frame of one month. We are humbly grateful for the closely knit Food Truck Community here in Houston who all support one another!
The comments of “we can’t wait to try your food” and “finally a Filipino food truck in Houston!,” to name a few, have kept us motivated to perfect the first Filipino American cuisine served in a food truck from Houston.
