Flip ‘n Patties is the FIRST EVER Food Truck to bring you grass-fed natural juicy patties on steamed buns! These steamed buns are handcrafted inhouse with organic flour that has not been bleached or lost any of its nutrients and always made fresh. Being that these buns are steamed, it has a fluffy, dense texture that keeps the patty and all of the goodies in-between the buns and not in your hands.

You also get the pleasure to choose from two different patties – the traditional, juice-oozing, melt in your mouth patty and the special savory sweet, taste like Heaven in your mouth Flip-Burger. We don’t just use the average 80/20 mix to create our patties. We carefully tested and mixed a variety of beef cuts and different seasonings to achieve burger greatness. Our patties are ground and handcrafted inhouse with three different cuts of grass-fed natural beef for the ultimate burger experience. Our traditional patty is equipped with truffle salt to enhance the rich, earthy flavor of the meat and  cooked to perfection over flaming charcoal and wood.

We use Grass-fed beef with no added antibiotics and hormones.”
